Ingredientes:
- 1 peito de pato por pessoa;
- Pepino; Tomates cereja; Alface; Alface roxa;
- Sal, pimenta, azeite, sumo de limão, vinagre balsâmico;

Hello everyone and good friday! Almost at the weekend and the weather has been so good that just feel like outdoor dining .... So, how about joining friends and make a quick meal with a great taste? I'm not giving quantities of salad and the ingredients are purely indicative, because you can use what you like and the quantity desired.
Ingredients:
- A duck breast per person;
- Cucumber, Cherry Tomatoes, Lettuce, Lettuce purple;
- Salt, pepper, olive oil, lemon juice, balsamic vinegar;
Season the duck breast with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Reserve.
Wash the salad ingredients. To give a different look, you can cut the cucumber into long slices, using the peeler. In a jar with a lid, make a mixture of 2 parts olive oil to one of balsamic vinegar and a pinch of salt. Close the jar and shake well: it has a seasoned ready. The salad should be serve just when seasoned. Season the salad bowl or let each one do it on their own dish.
Warm up a non-stick frying pan and brush the bottom with olive oil. Place the duck breasts skin side down and cook on medium heat / high heat until the skin is well browned. Turn the breasts over and cook a few minutes (typically use a ratio of 6 minutes / 4 minutes).
Remove, wrap in foil and leave for about 10 minutes. This allows the meat finishes cooking and the juices to spread evenly. So when slicing the meat juices will remain in the meat.

BOM APETITE!! / BON APPETIT!!
