Estas mini-pizzas têm duas variantes: base de pizza e base de massa folhada.
Os salty-pops, não são mais do que os tradicionais folhados de salsicha, feitos com salsichas de cocktail e em espetos, para poderem ser comidos sem sujar as mãos...
As bases para os espetos são cubos de esferovite que forrei com papel verde.
Estas comidinhas foram todas feitas para a festa de anos do pequeno, mas são óptimas como entrada, para um lanchinho ou para convidar os amigos e assistir ao Portugal-Turquia... :)
Ingredientes Salty-Pops:
- 1 lata de salsichas de cocktail;
- 1 embalagem de massa folhada rectangular (Lidl, por ex.);
- espetos de madeira q.b.;
- 1 ovo batido para pincelar;
Pré-aqueça o fornoa 170.º C. Estenda a massa folhada. Com uma faca afiada, corte-a em pequenos quadrados/rectangulos com mais 1 cm que a altura e mais 1 cm que o diametro das salsichas.
Espete cada salsicha num espeto de madeira por uma das extremidades. Enrole a salsicha na massa folhada e pressione junto à madeira.
Coloque no tabuleiro, pincele com o ovo batido e leve ao forno cerca de 15 minutos ou até a massa ficar coradinha.
Ingredientes Mini-Pizzas:
- 2 1/2 chávenas de farinha;
- 1 chávena de água morna;
- 15 g fermento;
- 1 colher de chá de sal;- 2 colheres de sopa de azeite;

Numa taça, misture bem os ingredientes da massa
da pizza até que fiquem consistentes e a massa se separe da taça. Forme uma bola
e reserve num lugar quente cerca de 30 minutos. Esta massa pode ser usada para uma pizza de tamanho normal. Pré-aqueça o forno a 200.º C.
Retire pequenas bolinhas de massa de pizza e estenda-as com os dedos no tamanho e formato pretendido. Por cima coloque, uma colher de tomate, cubinhos de bacons, tiras de fiambre e queijo ralado. Um pouco de oregãos para os adultos.... Coloque as pizzas no forno e baixe-o para 180.º C. Em 15 minutos tem as pizzas prontas a comer.
Utilize a massa folhada que sobrou dos salty-pops como base, corte-a no tamanho e formato pretendido e coloque os ingredientes por cima, para fazer mini-pizas de massa folhada.
