Ingredientes:
- 1 pacote de massa folhada fresca de forma rectangular;
- 6 tomates grandinhos e maduros;
- 1 cebola e 2 dentes de alho;
- 1/2 pimento verde/vermelho;
- 1 ramo de manjericão;
- 2 colheres de sopa de azeite;
- 1 folha de louro;
- sal q.b.;
- 1/2 colher de chá de açucar;
- 1 ovo para pincelar;
Pique a cebola e o alho. Lave o pimento e os tomates, tire-lhes as sementes e corte-os aos cubos.
Num tacho coloque o azeite a aquecer e junte a cebola, o pimento e os tomates. Acrescente a folha de louro e deixe cozinhar em fogo lento cerca de 30 minutos.
Corte o chouriço em cubinhos pequenos. Também pode usar os cubinhos de bacon que se vendem já preparados.
Coloque o sal e o açucar, retire a folha de louro e junte o chouriço e/ou o bacon.
Pré-aqueça o forno a 180.º C.
Espalhe a pasta dos ingredientes pela massa folhada, espalhe manjericão picado, enrole como se fosse uma torta e corte em fatias. Use a folha de papel vegetal que vem com a massa folhada para forrar o tabuleiro, coloque as fatias e pincele com o ovo batido. Leve a forno quente por 15-20 minutos ou até crescerem e ficarem lourinhas.
