Ingredientes:
- 12 cogumelos portobello médios;
- 200 g camarão miudo;
- 1 cebola pequena;
- 2 colheres de sopa de margarina;
- 100 g de queijo;
- 1 colher de sopa de farinha;
- 1 ovo;
- sal e azeite q.b.;
- 1/2 copo de vinho branco;
- sumo de 1 limão pequeno;
- 2 colheres de sopa de coentros frescos picados.
Pré-aquecer forno a 200.ºC.
These mushrooms were entries from a dinner with friends. It has been for some time, but had not yet had the opportunity to publish. And they deserve to be here!
Ingredients:
- 12 medium portobello mushrooms;
- 200 g small shrimp;
- 1 small onion;
- 2 tablespoons margarine;
- 100 g of cheese;
- 1 tablespoon flour;
- 1 egg;
- salt and olive oil;
- 1/2 cup white wine;
- Juice of 1 small lemon;
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander.
- 1 egg;
- salt and olive oil;
- 1/2 cup white wine;
- Juice of 1 small lemon;
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander.
Preheat oven to 200.° C. Wash the mushrooms and cut the tip of the stem. Remove the rest of the stalk and chop it with the onion. Sauté stalks and onion in margarine and cook about 3 minutes.
In a bowl, beat the egg with lemon juice. Add this mixture, the flour and and half of the cheese to the steamed stalks. Mix well and put out the fire. Place the mushrooms in a baking dish and put a spoonful of the mixture to the center (the place where the stem was originally). Add the mushrooms (I could not find small shrimp, so I used normal sized cut into pieces). Sprinkle with cheese and coriander.
Put the wine in the bottom of baking dish, around the mushrooms. Sprinkle with olive oil and bake 10 minutes.
